Delete your account

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, and it happens straight away. There is no waiting period and nothing is kept back.

If you can sign in

Open your account page, choose Delete my account, and type DELETE to confirm. You will see exactly what is about to be removed before you confirm anything.

If you cannot sign in

Email info@resourcesforislamicschools.com from the address you used, and ask us to delete your account. The email address is the only detail we need in order to find it. We will confirm in writing when it is done.

If you are a parent or guardian asking on behalf of a child, say so and send the child's email address. We will not contact the child, and we will not ask them for anything.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in account, including your email address.
• Your scores and rankings in every game.
• Any saved progress in a game you had not finished.
• The record of which questions you have already been shown.
• Your email address on our mailing list, if it is there.

All of it, permanently. We do not keep a copy.

What is not affected

Anything saved in your own browser stays on your device until you clear it, because we cannot reach it. Your browser settings will clear it, and nothing there identifies you to us.

Every game stays playable after you delete your account. You do not need an account to play, and you never did.

Getting a copy first

If you would like a copy of your data before you delete it, your account page has a download button. Ask us by email if you cannot sign in.
